An energetic exchange and communication with the Horse intuitively guiding you in a quiet, tranquil setting located in the horse land of the Kawartha Lakes. Learn to deeply connect with your authentic self through a heart opening experience with the Horse Guides. "Yoga is not about doing, it is about undoing". Allow the Horse Guide to be your mirror and guide you to the truth of your heart as you undo from patterns that may be limiting you from living your best life. Partner and group sessions available.
